Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through Bill Buddy. By subscribing to or purchasing from our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. 7-Day Refund Period

We offer a 7-day free return period from the date of your initial purchase or subscription activation. During this period, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with our Services.

  • The 7-day period begins on the date your payment is successfully processed.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to be eligible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day refund period has expired, no returns or refunds will be entertained. All sales are considered final once the 7-day window has passed, and we will not issue partial or full refunds for any reason.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless your request falls within the 7-day refund period described above.

  • To cancel, contact us at support@billbuddy.pk or manage your subscription from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time after the 7-day refund period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day period, email support@billbuddy.pk with your account email, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
